TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VRCLUB ONLINE, LLC

VRClub Online is acting as the owner’s representative of their property.
Use of this site by guests, owners and agents constitutes acceptances of all the Terms and Conditions covered on this page.
Payments of all balances owed are due 30 days before arrival. If you are making a reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking to expedite your check-in. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted.
A Reservation Deposit of $99 is due upon booking the reservation unless the arrival date is within 30 days, then the entire cost of the reservation is due. The $99 is applied to the balance which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation and Change Policy
30 days for condominium daily or weekly rentals; 90 days for all monthly rentals
If you are cancelling your reservation prior to 30 days of arrival, we need the request in writing. The deposit then becomes your cancellation fee. There are no refunds if the cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival. Payments with less than the specified number of days notice will be held for lost rent and result in forfeiture of the deposit, fees and all pre-paid rent, unless the rental unit is rebooked for the same rental period and amount of rental due and payment of this rental has cleared – there will still be a cancellation fee of $99 if unit is rebooked. No refunds for early departure. A no-show, late arrival, or early departure does not warrant any refund of any payments made. Any changes in the dates of a reservation outside of 21 days of arrival will incur a $50 administrative change fee with VRClubonline LLC approval, in addition to the initial processing fee, which is non-refundable.
The number of guests, including children, is limited to the sleeping capacity indicated by VRClub Online. Exceptions may be made for infants under the age of 2. Underage individuals are not permitted to rent. Person checking in must be the person who is renting the unit. Any reservations obtained under false pretense may be subject to loss of deposit and/or rent. Guests under the age of 21 must have direct adult supervision at all times when on rental premises. No loud parties, loud gatherings or illegal activities are allowed. Motor homes or campers are not permitted to hook up to utilities on any rental premises. Absolutely no unit will be rented to vacationing students who are not accompanied by parent or guardian of age. Parent must be actually staying in the unit with the students the entire length of the reservation.
Guests may be asked to immediately vacate rental premises, without refunds or compensation, in the event of unnecessary and loud noise (nuisance or disturbance), breaking VRClub Online or condominium association rules or other illegal activities. Any reservation obtained under false pretense and not adhering to minimum age and supervision requirements is subject to immediate eviction without refund or compensation.
We reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations without notice or liability should the reserved unit be out of order or not available for any reason. When comparable accommodations are not available, renter will have the option of selecting from available properties at the published rate or receiving a complete refund of the reservation deposit and all pre-paid rent.
Pets are allowed only in specifically identified pet friendly properties and with applicable non-refundable pet fees. Pets are not allowed in any property not specifically identified as pet friendly. A pet or evidence of a pet found on premises at any non-pet friendly property will cause forfeiture of entire rent and damage deposit and immediate tenant eviction.
Linens, Towels, Supplies & Departure
Bed linens, blankets, pillows and towels are provided, along with a starter supply of soap, dish & laundry detergent, shampoo & conditioner and bathroom tissue. Daily linen service is not offered at this time. If additional cleaning is needed after you check out, any items that are damaged or missing (including linens), or furniture repositioned, you will be charged for the additional cleaning service and/or missing items.
Guests are responsible for removing all open food from the refrigerator, loading dirty dishes into the dishwasher and running it, placing garbage in the outside receptacles or garbage chutes. Please do not remove spreads or mattress pads and do not remake the beds.
Furnishings and Decor
All rental properties are equipped with central heat and air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer (in most units) and basic cable TV unless noted otherwise. Because the properties are privately owned, decor, style, color schemes and furnishings will vary. There are no guarantees that the standards provided by the owner are compatible with those of the guest. Furnishings are subject to change without notice. No refunds will be given for any appliance or equipment malfunction. We will make every effort to repair or replace as soon as possible during your stay.
Please report any damage or malfunction of equipment to VRClub Online as soon as possible. Failure to do so may incur some liability to the guest. Owner or VRClub Online may enter property at reasonable hours for the purpose of effecting necessary repairs and inspections & repair personnel may enter the premises for the purpose of the repair. Every effort is made to maintain the accommodations in good repair. All repairs will be handled as quickly as possible. No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances or common area pools, hot tubs, elevators or any other common area amenities, infrastructure or equipment and are NOT guaranteed.
Refunds will not be made for inclement weather. Travel insurance is recommended (Note VRClub does not offer Trip Insurance).
Keys will be provided upon check in and must be returned upon departure. A $25 charge will be assessed for each key not returned. A service fee of $25.00 during normal business hours and $50.00 after 5:00 PM will be immediately charged to your account if a key is lost or should VRClub Online be called to unlock a unit due to a guest being locked out. The guest is liable for incurred expenses should it become necessary to contact a locksmith.
Telephones are furnished for local calls. Long distance and directory assistance calls must be made collect, charged to your personal phone number or paid by credit card.
Most condominium associations allow one vehicle per unit. Most provide a maximum of two vehicles for 2 or more bedroom units. However, some association rules may prohibit more than one vehicle. Please contact VRClub Online to confirm the maximum number allowed. Condominiums prohibit boats, trailers, jet skis and motor homes. Please consult VRClub Online should you wish to bring any of these type vehicles. Any vehicle not displaying required parking passes will be subject to being towed by the Building Owners Association, at vehicle owners’ expense.
Using outdoor grills is prohibited on decks, porches, and balconies of all condominiums. Most condominium buildings have grills in common areas.
Inspection/Showing of Units for Sale
We reserve the right to enter rental premises at any time for the purpose of inspection, repair, or other management requirements. In the event that the property you are renting is on the market for sale, we may need to show the property during your visit. We will make every effort to schedule the showing at a convenient time. No inconvenience discount is allowed.
Guest agrees to release VRClub Online and property owner or association from and against all liability should anyone be injured upon the premises during the term of occupancy resulting from any cause whatsoever. By accepting occupancy of the vacation property, the guest agrees to hold harmless the property owner, the management company, and the association for accidents or injuries sustained while using available facilities. By using these facilities, the guest assumes responsibility and liability for their own actions. Renter agrees to indemnify and save harmless Owner and Owner’s representatives from any and all costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney fees, suits, claims or demands whether from loss of life, damage to the property, damaged or loss of personal property or injury to the Renter, renter’s agent, family, or guest entering the property or resort of every kind and nature. Renter, renter’s family, guests, children, agents, employees or visitors must agree to abide by the “Rules of the Resort” and applicable Alabama or Florida laws. Renter must be at least 25 years old with valid driver’s license and either a family or couple(s). The qualifying person renting the property is responsible for the conduct of all guests and other occupants, and that person must occupy the property for the full term of the reservation. The use of fireworks is prohibited on all our vacation properties. Local city ordinances and fire code prohibit the use of fireworks on beaches, building, or grounds. Loud music and large parties are not allowed in the condo or on the property. Renter will maintain the premises in good order and appearance. Fire department regulations prohibit the use of grills on all decks, porches and balconies. A common area grill is located in the pool area for guest use. Maximum occupancy in condo is posted on website as per Owner, Resort and local Fire Marshall. Exceeding limit will result in eviction and forfeiture of rent.
VRClubonline LLC has a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any guest who disputes a credit/debit card charge from VRClubonline LLC that is found to be valid will be charged an additional $50 chargeback handling fee. Guest agrees not to dispute this fee if VRClubonline LLC prevails in a chargeback with the guest.
All units are leased without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin or handicap.
Due to liability issues, we are unable to provide prospective renters with keys to preview properties.
Prices, furnishings and taxes are subject to change. All properties are privately owned, and the décor and furnishings will differ based on the owner’s personal taste. We reserve the right to change unit assignments if the need arises.
Check in time begins at 4:00 pm CST; Check out time is 10:00 am CST. All units are Non-Smoking.
