The floors were filthy on day one. Charging $25 for parking is a bit much. Parking should be complimentary. Otherwise, all was good.

We brought three clients from Atlanta with five of our only employees along with three other sponsors. Went deep sea fishing two days straight and it was so nice at the end of each day coming back to such a comfortable condo to rest.

Caribe is an amazing resort. The pools, marina, and other recreational facilities are great. Wonderful location as well.
Our only problems were: the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. There were sticky floors in the kitchen and master bedroom. We had to clean the master tub out as well. There was hair, debris, and grime in the tub.
Also, the mattresses were marshmallow soft. If that's your thing you'll love it. If you're like me and my party, it was horrible. The fridge just didn't cool anything for the first 24 hours.
It sounds like we didn't have a good time. We absolutely did. We'll happily be back, hoping these were one time only issues.

We loved this condo. It was very nice and we would love to stay again in the future. However do not rely on the advertised EZ bed. If you need the sleeping space be sure to bring your own air mattress.

Very nice place
We was so excited to go on out trip. We arrived and our unit dishes washer was broke. The oven didn't work. The dryer hose was hanging into a sink and got so hot in there. But it was nice and very spacious. I contacted my host and she was no help and didn't want to fix the problem. Will never use a app again to book. But will be back but an another unit. We was in Building B unit 602.

This condo was everything it said it would be and more! It was perfect for our family of 10. We LOVED the balcony and ate every meal out there. Had several small appliances and a few pots and pans. Keurig was a very small one but we made it work. Stove was very nice but a little difficult to work. Needs more kitchen linens. We were also not expecting the fee to park for the week. Not a big deal but just didn't know. Sticks rigidly to the 10am check out. Pay the extra for a 1pm check in - well worth it. Pools were amazing. We plan to book it again for next year.

The overall experience was good. The condo wasn't as clean as the other condos we have booked in the past. We did pay extra for an early checkin, but I don't think it should've prevented the cleaning company from mopping the floors prior to our arrival.
The listing accurately showed the layout and furniture.

Beautiful condo but the oven did not work We contacted property manager and was told that someone would be there to fix it. Nobody showed up. I sent another email and was told he was making his way to us. We were there five days but he never showed up. Also we couldn't get the tv to work. Other than that it was great.

We have stayed at this resort several times and love it. Great location for food and watching the traffic in the bay. Our favorite thing to do is sit on the porch and watch the boats come in and out, maybe even a dolphin or two!
There was a significant amount of construction ongoing in relation to hurricane damage from the previous year, but they are working to make the place back to 100%.
This was our first time staying at a VRClub unit. We had a few maintenance issues with the unit (light bulbs missing/dead, broken oven, not ever clean when we arrived) but we worked through them. Still enjoyed this unit and the furnishings. We contacted VRClub about our issues and they compensated us for the troubles, making it right in the end. We totally understand the past 18mths has been hard for servicing rentals and getting contractors to work on them is even harder these days. Looking forward to a future stay, maybe even this unit again.

We try and stay at the Caribe 3 to 4 times a year. This the 1st time we rented out side the Caribe. We were a little nervous about it at first. But once we received the keys and walk through the door for the first time, all our fears were lifted.
Very nice suite and very very nice resort.
It fulfilled all of our expectations and then some

For years I have used the caribe however this time I used a different blg and the property was had mold as well as I had to figure out how to rcv the keys to said property. Due to the strong mold smell we left early and other family members didn't stay. Also the spring break was ramping up. I have never seen the police come to the property as much as they did this time. This was my last trip to the caribe.

The location was great and the pools we had easy access. We did not go to the beach due to lots of jellyfish. The app was very easy to use when checking in to the condo. We followed all instructions about the refrigerator and the second day the refrigerator was not cooling. I emailed and VRCulb was quick to respond and said it was a new refrigerator and should be cooling. Sent service guy and he took pictures same as me of temperature. We were worried about an infant's breast milk more than our groceries, which we lost on the second day, when another set of service guy's came to fix. They said it was some factory fan that was not hooked up, but for two days we had to put breast milk on ice. The new refrigerator should have been checked before our stay at this condo. We were only there for three nights and two days were spent trying to keep breast milk cold and let servicemen work on refrigerator. The condo was very big and spacious and we enjoyed our stay there. I would recommend this unit, now that the refrigerator is working!

I enjoyed everything except the check in at 4 and out at 10. I think it's to late and very early. I believe it needs to be adjusted. Other than that I very much liked the condo.

Very nice condo. Spacious and the decor is great. We are overall glad that we rented it for our stay at the beach.
There were a few issues with the unit mainly in the kitchen.
1) The kitchen sink started leaking the first time we used it. We spent 2 days of our stay waiting on it to be repaired. They eventually had to replace the entire faucet assembly. Delores at VRBO was great taking care of the problem.
2) We came prepared to cook our own meals during our stay. The oven door wouldn't stay closed.
3) The cooktop front main burner wouldn't turn off after using it. We set a large pan of cold ice water on it to get it to turn off.
4) When turning on the hallway lights they would flicker and go off and on.
We would rent this condo again if the issues were resolved. We will be returning to the Gulf area in the next few months.

Thanks for your feedback. All issues have been resolved in this unit. The sink issue was over the New Year's holiday and service needed a new part. The other items were never reported by the guest during their stay but have since been addressed and repaired. With a 99% guest service satisfaction 5* rating, our support staff resolved the guest's issues during their stay.

This property exceeded all expectations. There was plenty of room for 12 guests. I loved the ample seating in the living room. Having 2 rooms with king beds was also great. Wonderful experience. We would definitely come back!

Property was amazing! Condo was beautiful! Only thing I would request is earlier check in and later check out time. Paying $100 for early check in is a bit excessive, and 4PM is super late to check in without purchasing the alternative. Other than that, awesome weekend

This place felt pretty glam! It's got amazing views, the resort is quite nice and fairly well maintained and our kids loved the pool and water slides. Bedding and furniture were all comfortable and felt like a real getaway. There's not a huge amount available in walking distance but if you're after a beach spot which is stylish and feels like a real getaway this place is great. The fourth bedroom is a theatre room and doesn't have the usual doors but we didn't need it for sleeping so can't comment on how good it is as a bedroom. We will walk away with fond memories of our stay!

Beautiful resort & condo! The amenities were great! The pools were great! Our condo overlooked the bay & we enjoyed watching the boats. The beach is just across the street & the resort runs continuous shuttle services to & from the beach which made going to the beach super easy! We will definitely be back again!

The unit was just as pictured. Nicely furnished and the windows in living area were amazing. My only complaints were it was advertised as a sleep 12 and I only saw sleeping accommodations for 11. The lights in the hall flashed on and off after turning on the switch so we left them off the entire time because we were scared it was a wiring problem. Our key became deactivated and we took it to the front desk and no one could reset the key. It was a bit scary because we had one key for our entire party of three families so we ended up sharing that one key. It was a great place all around and we would go back in the future but maybe would be more comfortable renting from the actual resort so we could get help when needed.

Thank you for your feedback. There is a twin mattress in the master closet to accommodate a total of 12 people. This unit is new to our rental program. We checked the lights and LEDs were installed by the previous management company. That issue has been resolved. Guests who book this unit enjoy no check-in, by passing standing in long lines. They use their guest app to digitally check-in. We send multiple email notices to all of our guests to let us know if there are any issues with their stay to contact VRClub not the front desk. This guest never contacted us regarding any of these issues stated in this review. We have complete instructions in our FAQs of the guest app how to obtain a replacement key if any of the keys provided become inactivate. Guests enjoy renting through VRClub's Club Level units, with a 99% guest satisfaction rate, rather than renting with the actual resort as they receive perks not offered by the resort such as no check-in required. 1PM check-in option.

More than enough space for our large family! 2 adults and 8 kids in our group and we were comfortable. Only complaint was the master bath tub jets not operable. Everything else was perfect and then some........would definitely stay again!

Great property! Nothing really bad at all except that the refrigerator never really cooled! The alarm was going off about temperatures above 42 degrees. It was registering 50 degrees. It was fully closed for hours because of the many activities outside the condo. I never complained or called maintenance, because I had a cooler with ice to keep all of the needed refrigerated items like milk, lettuce, and juices! The freezer worked really well. No complaints other than the fridge! Great place to stay! The view was really nice! I would stay again! Rated it 4 stars! If the fridge worked...5 Stars!
