We enjoyed our stay at the Caribe. We always enjoy the larger condos and the pools that the Caribe has. The deck on the lazy river gave our children splinters in their feet, but the Caribe is supposedly working to fix that. Just bring water shoes to protect your feet until that is fixed. There is a long trek to get to the beach if you take the Caribe provided tram to the beach access. Just be aware. We would come back.

Had a great stay! Loved the condo and the decor! Was equipped with everything we needed. We are from Michigan and have been coming here for years and this condo did not disappoint! Will definitely rent again!

B1206 was totally awesome! Furnishings are upscale! Close to the elevator. Beautiful resort. On the downside, the handicap elevator in the indoor pool area did not work. Railing in indoor pool was very loose, my husband fell. The management immediately closed and drained the pool and railing and ladder were repaired within a day pool was open again! Love this resort.

This is a GREAT place
Condo was perfect for the three couples attending our siblings' weekend together. Having three king-size bedrooms with attached baths was ideal. Instructions were clear, and everything was as expected, and the view from the twelfth floor was amazing.
Now, if I had to be picky, here's what I'd point out:
1. The $25/car fee for parking was an unpleasant surprise. This just needs to be a part of the description.
2. Toenails found on the floor in the master bath were gross. Black stuff where the shower glass meets the pan could also be easily fixed with some spray bleach.
3. Cigar boat in the marina thinking that 7AM was a great time to start-up his loud boat was disturbing; not the owner's fault though.
4. It appears the owner may be from "that state up north", but no one is perfect.
Seriously, we had a great time in this great condo. Thanks.

Super nice unit in a great property. Nice amenities with a great selection of pools. The beach in that area was not crowded. Ot is a bit of a walk but not too bad at all. We had a great time here.

Our experience and stay was wonderful. The checking in/out process through the app on my phone was great and easy. Overall we had a wonderful experience and loved our unit. Hopefully next year our same unit will be available for us to rent! 10/10. Would recommend.

Great view. Check in was easy. Upset that you now have to pay $25 per parking pass. They use to be included. There were a few maintenance issues that needed attention. Faucet on tub in master was broken, drawer in master was broken. Easy fast fixes for maintenance but we opted not to call while we were there since it didn't disrupt our stay. Cleaning was ok but floors needed more attention but not a huge deal. The biggest thing that may discourage me from staying in B building again is that the laundry rooms aren't vented so you have to keep the door open when using the dryer and also run the dehumidifier. It's loud!! We would dry our swim cloths and towel everytime we were done so this thing was running all the time. There's no ice maker which is a big deal when you are staying on vacation however there was a half bag of ice left in the freezer so that helped. When stocking the kitchen I noticed that the Tupperware was put up wet and the lids were sealed on the bowls. Health hazard. Had to rewash and dry all of those and put those up myself. I started to not even list these things however I know if it's brought to the attention of the owners then they won't know to address it. The condo was beautiful. View beautiful. Stocked well. The owners have family pics around the condo which was a new one from me. Never rented a place before that had pics. Kinda made me feel like I was staying in a strangers house not a vacation location. But again not a big deal. It's a great place to stay just needs a little attention to detail.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Enjoy staying in Building B to watch boats come in and out of pass. Grandchildren had the best time in all the pools and playgrounds.

Excellent condo, good amenities. We really enjoyed the pools, gyms, lazy river, and everything else. I wish the beach wasn't such a long walk away. Next time I'll come prepare with a boat to be able to go to the island in front. Overall a great place though.

It could be cleaner. When we arrived the silverware drawer had crumbs inside. We washed all the silverware and the holder. Living room needs to be dusted as well as all the base boards. On the pro side beds were great. Location was great. My brother and my father loved the view. My father enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the bay. They want to make this a yearly trip.

Beach Week at the Caribe
This is the sixth time we have stayed at the Caribe for our family beach week. We always have a great time. The grandkids love all the pools and water slides and the adults enjoy watching them. We have never stayed in a bad unit. They are always clean, spacious and comfortable. We love this place. I would highly recommend giving it a try if you have never stayed here. Close to several good restaurants and we keep our boat in a slip right behind the condo unit. The best of all worlds!

This unit was very nicely furnished. Comfortable beds and the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need and lots of it. It is a bit pricey for not being on the beach.
